Returns procedure for Dealers

Dear Dealer,

 

Stanno Returns Procedure for:

  • Goods delivered incorrectly by Stanno
  • Goods ordered incorrectly by customer
  • Goods no longer required by customer
  • Faulty items

The following Procedure's must be followed in order for goods to be returned

Notification of goods to be returned must be made prior to sending the goods back to us, the following forms of notification are accepted;

At this point you will be issued a returns authorisation number, goods must always be sent back to the following address;

All goods that are returned must be at the above address no later than 21 days after item has be received, any item which surpasses this date will not be accepted as a valid credit and will be returned to yourself.

All returns must be accompanied with the following;

  • A completed returned goods form with a valid returns number available on request
  • A list of article codes, sizes and quantities of the contents of the returns
  • A point of contact who we can contact incase of a problem

Any return that does not have the above enclosed in the box when received in Derby will incur administration charges as seen below, regardless who has ordered or sent incorrectly.

A £15.00 or 10% handling charge (whichever is greater) will be applied on returns ordered incorrectly or no longer required by the customer. Where the customer has ordered incorrectly the cost of carriage is at the customer's expense. If Stanno have delivered incorrect items we will credit the cost of the carriage when the goods are returned, Under no circumstance will we incorrectly delivered goods.

In the case of a fault occurring with an item, we state that any item that has been with the customer for duration in excess of 3 months (90 days) will not be considered a manufacturing fault and will not be issued a credit. We will only consider the return if the customer can present a valid sales receipt stating the date purchased and being within the three month period. 

Stanno UK cannot accept liability for discolouration or damage to garments resulting from staining caused by elements foreign to the materials used in manufacture.

Any goods received by Stanno that not do comply with these terms will be returned to sender and carriage charges duly invoiced.
