Social awareness


As a family business we are naturally focused on next generations. The future of our children and grandchildren, and, the world in which they grow up. The world we care for. After all, we only have one! We are also aware of this on a daily basis as a company. Our societal impact, both from a social and an environmental point of view, must therefore be as positive as possible. For now, but especially for later. This social awareness is interwoven with our Code of Conduct, our membership of amfori BSCI and the fiberization of our textiles.

Code of Conduct

The core values of the brand Stanno are reflected in the Code of Conduct. This code describes the policy of Deventrade as a client and partner of several suppliers. With its mission and vision in mind, Deventrade focuses on three pillars: responsibility, integrity and high ethical standards. The company is committed to safe and fair working conditions and keeps monitoring those closely in the context of corporate social responsibility.



amfori BSCI

The Deventrade Group is a member of amfori, the leading global business association for open and sustainable trade. This means that we have committed ourselves to important values of corporate social responsibility. This of course should be self-evident, but unfortunately it is not always and everywhere. That is why we would like to tell you more about it.

Fiberization of our textile

The vast majority of our production concerns textiles. Material that consists of fibres, often blends of materials are used. The advantage of our textile is that it is suitable for reuse or fiberization. Not everything can be used for fiberization immediately, for example due to printing, badges and other personalization.

Beautiful new products can be made from these fibres, including high-quality raw materials for, among others, the automotive and non-woven industries. The ecological gain is demonstrated with the Life Cycle Analysis tool (LCA). Here, among other things, the consumption of water, energy and chemicals are mapped and the reduction of CO2 emissions is recorded.
