Base Layers

If you are brave enough to exercise in the cold, you would be wise to wear layers. The first layer can best be thermo clothing. As perspiration cools on the skin you can easily get cold. Thermal clothing is the perfect base to prevent this. The material is composed of synthetic fibers which incorporate the perspiration of the skin.
